Oddly I've never ever seen this behavior. IF I saw it, I would view it as griefing and report it as such; I enjoy annoying folk that would enjoy such shenanigans. Im really sorry they are board with the game. Really. hopefully they will leave the game and never return. ever.

Mean-spirited much? You needn't worry, though. The reason you haven't seen this type of activity much is that Blizzard 'fixes' these types of mobs thanks to people like you reporting them. Almost every mob mentioned in these comments can no longer be kited.So revel in the thought that you and your ilk have made the game less fun!
