As a tank and healer for my specs, I have absolutely *no* problem with a DPS who pulls too much threat, so long as they either get the job done without costing the healer a ton of mana, or don't complain if they die because I a) didn't taunt the mob back off them if I'm tanking or b)didn't give them heals because I'm focusing on the tank. I commonly refer to my basic rules when I get into a group (see https://sites.google.com/site/lfgrules/ ), and I don't think you'd have a problem with them, considering your mitigation and ability to dump aggro back.
I mean, honestly, if the DPS is distracting a mob for even 3-4 seconds before dumping aggro back onto my tank, it's really no different for me than Blessing of Sanctuary, except it might actually be more powerfully helpful, even if they die doing it.
