The only thing I would want, if they put it more world bosses or brought back those they had before: dragons, demons etc... it to make them more accessible to the players. We shouldn't always have to run to the remote edge of the world to find one and kill it, they should come to the cities and ravage them at a random time, once every 2 weeks. That way those people who claim they need a bit of a break from their "grinding/tedious dailies" characters can go have at them. Oh, and the world bosses should drop badges for anyone who attacked it and is level 80 (or level 71-80), NOT just the assigned party who tagged it - this way you don't have people getting jipped from helping out. (Or if it makes it easier for the devs, make it so that you quickly pick up a quest first, help kill this world boss, and get the drop that drops for everyone.)

Maybe they could set it up much they have done right outside of Warsong Hold. The scourge attack, and we fight back defending our base and ultimately taking down Ith'rix. While I understand that this is a scripted event, they could still make it available to loot by all who has damaged/attacked said world boss. They could set this up so that if you are in a raid you get an item from the corpse to bring back to someone who then gives you a bag of nice randomness so there is no loot disputes ninjaing or whatnot. Those who are outside said raid can also loot the boss for an item to be turned in for some sort of badges or other type of reward. This would give those incentive to help the ones who actually tagged the boss, down him because everyone wins.
