The world bosses added a level of epicness that's been lacking since Vanilla. Just accidentally running into Azuregos and having to panic-vanish was awesome.

The Emerald dragon world-bosses' areas added a real feel of, HERE BE DRAGONS, BEWARE. Now? There aren't a lot of areas you avoid because you're going to be EATEN ALIVE if you go there.

I miss the danger.
