This explains so much. SO MUCH.

Like why Tirion suddenly had a retarded idea to run the tournament in Icecrown, why these Silver Covenant/Sunreaver FPs are there in Crystalsong, why there are quests sending you there, and since when Azjol-Nerub stretches to the northernmost end of the continent. Having it stretch to Crystalsong wouldn't have been that infeasible.
