So.
You think that a pixel and a vector more will make for a better game???
When I fight with my avatar, I don't look at the right eyebrow from a 10 meter control distance.
I want my avatar movenement and controls to be fluild, responsive, fast and unhampered.
The moment WOW will loose this (to add two hairs of an eyebrow) I no longer play WOW.
Just as if Age of Conan didn't warn all those players about silly graphical updates?
The frist ones to complain now will be the first complaining about the lag with 6 players on screen...
MMO's are limited to their client's side "loading graphics" from those very slowly spinning hard drives.
Get over it. It is either that or play in instanced pre loading graphics screens like The WItcher and Dragon Age.
You can't have seemless open worlds with 250 unexpected people fighting in one place and still want 2000*2000 Hi res settings...
First learn then post.
Speechless.

No one's asking for mind blowing, current generation graphics.
We're just asking for Blizzard to up the standards to what they've been putting out recently on our old, busted character models.
Look at the Vrykhul, Tuskarr, Lich King, Slyvanas, Jaina, Varian....
I don't think they bring anyone's machine to a grinding halt when they appear on screen. Why would new character models updated to their level of quality?

You aren't following your own advice as you have no idea what you're talking about.
Improving poly counts on models and implementing new components to a game engine are two entirely different things, and require a completely different set of resources.
Not to mention that BElves/Draenei and Goblins/Worgen have higher poly counts than the Vanilla Races, and I don't see the game crashing.
You can't just take a few words you've read about graphics and game design, put them in a paragraph and expect to sound intelligent.

Or even, in this case, several paragraphs.
*Puts on Grammar hat*
You change paragraphs when you change subjects. In this example, you just ranted about one topic for several paragraphs, and got it all wrong.
*Takes off Grammar hat*
Lol, talk about nitpicking XD
