Call for submissions: Bank alts

While we toil and triumph in Northrend, these hardworking heroes of the home front care for the well-being of our estates, keeping our investments sound and our pockets full. In return, many players choose to provide them with a share of the profits, so that they can dress themselves (or undress themselves) in the most fashionable ways.
Now it's time to pay tribute to them. If you have an amazing bank alt, send a screenshot of it to dawn@wow.com by January 27th at 11:59 p.m. EST and we'll post the best results. We'll also take the top five or so and let you all vote on them, handing out a Slashdance and Papa Hummel's loot code to the top two winners.

I used to have a 60 bank alt in vanilla. He was in a guild "Used to raid, now I trade". I used to love trying to make money back then when it was hard to attain.

My Undead Warrior bankalt Rachion is being deleted and rerolled as Rachion the Goblin Warrior. :)
Experience the starting zone(s), then back to banking.

I love my bank alts!
I'll send in a pic or two, I've taken tons of em. When you spend a lot of time at the AH, they can practically become your main.

Hope there's more variety than a bunch of pimp hats and diamond tipped canes. There's a few standard AH alt showoff costumes, but they aren't very imaginative for the most part. Although "I've got money to burn" is often more of the point than looking good.

My guild note on my bank alt (who is not her own guild, I don't need that much space usually) reads: "Just a bank alt, move along." I have had more than a few guildies make comments to the effect of, "If you spend any more time on her, she's going to turn into a main."

I'd totally do this if I had an active account; I would get a lot of whispers from people hanging around Silvermoon. As for this, I'm expecting hundreds of similar shots of pimps and 'work suits'. :/

I have slightly more time /played on my bank alt then I do on my Death Knight, but I spend a lot of time cutting gems with him. I've also kept my bank at level 1; not 1 point of XP since she discovered IF on her first and only run over.

My level 1 bank alt is in Dalaran. Not so many level 1s around :P I don't use AH with her...

Pimp Hat, Tux and Cane. I've thought about tossing fiery on the cane every once in a while....

It's too bad that the Diamond Tipped Cane will not show weapon glow enchants (it has it's own glint effect on the diamond).
Also, Icy Chill > Fiery for looks on a bank alt weapon.

I am going to summit a screenshot, but not very impressive. The one thing that i did do, is when i found out they lowered the mount level to 20, i leveled my ah toon to 20 to get him a black stalion

My bank alt is also my disenchanting alt, so he's now lvl 65 (so he can keep DEing all my green crap from Northrend and beyond!)- I guess that makes not so much a bank alt anymore?

It's sad, my bank alt, is 80 and geared lol I ran out of characters to level
