You mentioned against rotface using CoS if you need to run through the slime to get to the tank. Since the only reason a rogue will be running to the tank in this fight is to drop off the mutagen slime, don't use CoS, because it will cleanse the mutagen off you, and drop the slime in the wrong place.

You can drop the slime whereever you like - the small slime will follow you around till you drop it on the off tank and does substantially less damage the the infection will otherwise.

Just make absolutely sure that you under no circumstances get close to the big slime.
