How to Punt a Gnome - Method 1 is the first episode in a new machinima series by Bloodvein Movies. The series has a basic premise, which you can probably easily noodle out by reading the title of the installment. In summary, it's all about different methods for gnome punting.
How to Punt a Gnome has several great touches. I like the general animation style, of course, and it shows that Bloodvein has decent notions about how to accomplish machinima. For an old gamer like me, though, the Mortal Kombat sequence is probably the finest part of this video. While I was always a die-hard Scorpion fan, any Fatality is a good Fatality.
My only significant criticism of the video regards the undead's voice. I had to crank the volume up very high and listen to the soundtrack many times to make out what that character was saying. That could be a YouTube issue, maybe, but it was definitely distracting from the overall movie.

Even my Ali toons love a good Gnome Punting. Hope to see more and I'm sure they'll improve the more Bloodvein creates.

Why all the Gnome hate, WoW.com?
I guess because after Cataclysm, gnomes wont need the tall folk any more because we will finally have a healer. You just fear the all gnome raid and the all gnome For the Alliance run.

I liked how they started with offering candy to the gnome but the mortal kombat things just ruins it.
If they could keep it within the realm of WoW this series might have a chance...

Hmm, i never understood the Horde's desire to "punt" Gnomes.
Maybe the Alliance will find out themselves when you guys get leper Gno.. I mean "Goblins"

Nah, lets be serieus: My personal idea of the Hordes "punting" desire are the following:
1: their rogues kill you in bg
2: they use /laugh afterwards
3: They do so while being 6 inch tall, and your tauren 7 foot high

wow, the video really sucks... the voice over feels very amateur. The lighting are all wrong or just weird. and wtf was that last big with the fight, it makes no sense for taking us out of the wow universe.
also, i don't get this constant hatred for gnomes... I can see hordes not liking gnomes because they don't have any and only get killed by those little guys in PVP. But even in alliance people seems to dislike or even hate gnomes also. Aside from the laugh can get annoying hearing it many times, i don't really see any rational reason for all the gnome hate.
Are people just have little people phobias? or is there something else to it?

I found it funny and amusing. True there wasn't a lot to it but it was good for a chuckle. Getting hung up on voices and the fact that it left wow makes me think some ppl need to get out more. lol. What fun would it have been if the portal went somewhere that was expected? I hope to see more and see where else gnomes can be punted. As for why punting gnomes, can you see any other race getting punted? Can't punt a dwarf, they turn to stone and hurt your foot. Anything else is too big to punt. And goblins, do you really want to kick those things in the butt? They aren't known for being hygienic. lol

Wow.com wouldnt put a video of 50 different reasons why blood elves suck here, why put one just as stupid called How to punt a Gnome? It could be good video, but the name itself was enough to make me say PASS.

Well, they once featured that video by Nyhm which cheered on the genocide of an entire player race (http://www.wow.com/2008/03/03/wow-moviewatch-pretty-fly-for-a-draenei/), so this is actually an improvement, I guess...

awful. no matter how cool the effects are or how funny the story is, if the voice actor is bad then the video sucks. and the voice actor IS BAD
