Nicely timed - I'm now one ICC first-four boss clear away from The Exalted(and incidentally, "of the Ashen Verdict"), as I just finished Violet Eye last night. Gonna be pretty amusing to see guildie's comments when I suddenly hit 40 Exalted reps in the middle of some trash or after a bosskill :DI decided to go for said title when I realized that 1.) this current char will become my main 2.) I got the Ambassador from going for 3.) the Loremaster, of which I am Northrend's worth of quests away. And now that I have all that done... I've both gotten and spent probably over 10k gold on this grindy lil' expedition. And then gained some more. Some reps that were indeed really, really cashy: Argent Dawn, Cenarion Expedition(either a lot of AQ20 bosskills, or virtual crapton of the Twilight sets... which equals about twenty Stratholme's worth of Runecloth!), the Steamwheedle Cartel, Outland Dungeon reps, Nortrend Dungeon reps(which is almost all Northrend reps...) and Violet Eye(Kara is 40g per bosskill alone). One that I did that was decidedly NOT very cashy: Thorium Brotherhood: despite running a lot of MC, ended up buying a lot of the rep stuff... other reps that I did were not too bad, but I skipped some of the worst anyway(Shen'dralar, Darkmoon Faire, Ravenholdt...) and some of the most difficult otherwise(Brood of Nozdormu, Hydraxian Waterlords, Shattered Sun Offensive, Scale of the Sands, Ashtongue Deathsworn, The Defilers, Warsong Outriders, Kalu'ak, Oracles/Frenzyheart).Having dinged 80 just about solely on dungeons, Loremaster of Northrend will bring me a lot of money... should I actually need more after this whole "The Exalted" thingamagic. ;P
