The only thing on that list which I will disagree with is that number 2 is 2 things combined in to 1. "State in party chat that the perp's behavior is unacceptable" I would have as number 2, followed by "Call for a votekick if the behavior continues". This is also then something you can put in your ticket to blizzard. You can tell them that attempts were made to inform the perp their behavior is unacceptable. After you've taken those steps, it's then extremely important that you make a ticket.Blizzard is probably much less likely to be lenient with these people if they can see that an attempt was made to deal with it before issuing a ticket. That shows the behavior is not something that a perp will stop unless forced to. I.E. until they've had a short ban or priviledges revoked. Contrary to what the people in trade chat will tell you, blizzard actually does deal with these issues.
