Since I tend to gravitate a little more to the French style of composition (though if the mood is right I can do some German stuff), I'd have to recommend Effet de Nuit by Sylvio Lazzari. Starts out quiet, then moves toward a broad epic theme toward the end that will remind WoW players of the Uduar Grand March (the one that plays when you enter the interior part of the instance. For some reason I end up giving all the little unnamed cues names).
