Hell I'm not fond of arenas, but focusing on PVP is the best thing bliz could do tbh.
PVE is faceroll gear checks now anyway.

Is resi change live on EU yet? I know it was applied as hotfix at weekend.
And yes, I know tooltips wont change but its hard to tell so far.
