Night elf mohawk: Gone!

Anyone else relieved that this funky device is removed from the game? I have to admit, I wasn't a big fan of the big head look. I've been "pitied" many times by random players (and even those in my own guild). Dwarves and mohawks just don't seem to mix. In any case, Crygil has confirmed that the mohawk grenade will not be around any longer. Ever since the grenade became active on servers back in November, I couldn't walk around Dalaran without seeing large heads everywhere. Is this the last time we'll ever see Mr. T plant these grenades in game for players to use?
Somehow, I have a hunch that this won't be the last time we'll see mohawks in game.

I did the same. I think it was a lame ad campaign, a lame addition to the game, and thankfully temporary.

I don't know why people are still upset over the mohawk grenade. I honestly haven't seen one used in game since the week they came out. Everyone got bored of them really quickly.

it's annoying having to constantly click it off cuz idiot noobs think it's so cool to throw the things into crowds of people at the auction houses. it was cool for a day ...maybe. but there's new noobs every day and it's not funny anymore.

Maybe it's just the realm I'm on, but I really haven't seen one in game since they came out. They were all the rage for the first week, but no one bothered to go get them after that. That's why I don't see why anyone still has a problem with it, but maybe other realms are different and they're still an issue.

Are you serious?? I have not once, since the day these came out, been able to go to the bank or AH without getting one of these thrown on me. (and i play pretty much every day.)

I for one am happy. It was moderately funny when I first saw it on TV, but now I click the buff off every time someone does it to me.
I wonder how many people started WoW accounts just for this? If you were one of them, I pity you fool.

The first time I ever saw anyone using the Mohawk Grenade was... me, when I ran into the guy after rolling a new Shaman, and that was it. Never saw any before or after.

I was NEVER a fan of people constantly transforming my head into a Crazily-Shiny Night Elf head...
But somehow it's a shame to see him go. I mean, how often is it that Mr. T make the World of Warcraft look... 'good'? Not very often, I dare say.
I guess that it felt a little good to be pitied, even if I did Unbuff myself of it instantly :)

A lusty BOOOOOOOOO!!!!! to this being gone. I was not a fan of using it on others if I didn't know they were OK with it, but I LOVED using it on my own toon just to break the monatany from time to time. "OMG!! HDTK AGAIN?!?!?!.....TIME TO MAKE WARCRAFT LOOK GOOOOOOOD!!"
It was something fun and, imho, far LESS annoying than the toy train set.
