I made the switch to this from Healbot some time ago, and haven't looked back. The ability to bind my macros to my mouse clicks is absolutely wonderful, and it was extremely easy to set up right out of the box, but is customizable at the same time. And being able to bind a macro to a mouse click is wonderful.
The best part is how easy it is to use and set up on any character. I play all four healing classes extensively and it's been a piece of cake on each.
The only issue I've ever had with Vuhdo is that if I'd disconnect and log back in, my raid frames would be gone, or there but broken, and a reloadui wouldn't fix it. This, however, seems to have been fixed in a recent update.

When you disconnect all the settengs you have made in the past session will be lost. (as you need to log-out properly to for WoW to save changes.)

You can use macro's in HealBot just as easily as anything else. HealBot is also super easy to configure. I once played my friend's mage and I set up HealBot to let me decurse and cast slowfall on people and I had it perfectly configured while running inside the raid. That means all of like 45 seconds while running. Doesn't get much easier than that. What does this do that HealBot doesn't... besides seem bloated?
