What permanently switched me over from Healbot to VuhDo is this: in Healbot there is no way (or wasn't a few months ago when I switched) to set up a full range of mouse+modifier-key combinations for spell casting. All of the spells you need to cast have to fit into the space provided by your # of mouse buttons plus INDIVIDUAL modifier keys. In other words Healbot has no way to assign a spell to Ctrl-Alt-rightclick because that is two modifiers.Although my mouse has 5 buttons, two are used for other stuff and 1 is inconvenient. So I only use 2 for WoW, thus I needed more modifiers to fit the full range of Priest spells. VuhDo, out of the box, lets me assign things like Ctrl-Alt-rightclick, Shift-Ctrl-leftclick etc. Works great because 1 to 2 fingers of my left hand can handle the modifiers while 3 are free for other casts and abilities, while the mouse drives and hovers. It definitely provides the swiftest reaction time I've ever had in WoW.VuhDo also does some other cool stuff like auto-trigger my healing trinkets on certain set conditions.

HealBot will allow you to set multi-modifier assignments... Ctrl+Alt appear to be reserved for HB-specific functions, but Shift+Ctrl and Shift+Alt can be set for all mouse buttons. Personally on my resto druid I ran out of things to assign before I got to Shift+Alt+anything.I am a bit intrigued by the buff tracking in VuhDo so I might check it out, but score one more who's happy with HealBot. :)
