I play WoW on a laptop most of the time, and VuhDo runs better than Grid + Clique for me. I also never have any delay with HoTs and buffs or debuffs. I guess it just goes to show that not everyone's system is the same, and what runs smoothly, with no delays on one person's system, may not be the same on another individual's system.
I've tried Healbot, Grid + Clique, and VuhDo, and VuhDo runs the best on my system, with the smoothest (and fastest) updates of my HoTs and the debuffs I have set (as well as for things like beacon and SS for my paladin, and Earth Shield for my shaman - no delays at all). I've experienced no lags at all when it comes to HoTs on my druid or any debuffs in any of the content I've cleared (including most of ICC 10 and 25). In ICC and TotGC, for example, the debuffs have often appeared in VuhDo long before our healing lead (who uses Grid) announces who has an important debuff (I realize there is some Vent lag to factor in there, but the point is I've seen who has the debuff with no delay).
