You really think that scammers and phishers are just random guys sending out messages from single accounts? 99 times out of 100 the email accounts these sorts of messages come from are also compromised, a zombie on some botnet being exploited by scammers to send messages quickly and without effort. Your harassment, although it might help you vent some frustration, is almost always completely pointless in terms of actually getting them to stop, or even in terms of keeping them from being able to do their work. The scammer almost definitely won't even see your emails sent back since they don't bother checking the accounts, they just use them to send stuff out.
