It looks like
there will be realm maintenance for all US realms this February 2nd. Since it seems to be somewhat extended (3 AM PST to 11 AM PST) and we're waiting for the 3.3.2 patch to drop in order to start
Arena Season 8, I'm willing to go out on a limb and suppose that there will most likely be the next minor content patch at this time. This will also most likely open the last wing of
Icecrown Citadel.

Lol, I just came from the Lost premiere tonight. Let's just say, if you're hoping for the usual season opening, "I have no idea what's going on right now." you won't be disappointed.

If it is the last wing (and there isnt ans shouldn't be a delay in fighting the lich king) expect sites/dataminers to immediately leak spoiler videos, loot lists off LK, etc. What I personally expect as well is perhaps a few more cataclysm bread crumbs so that the transition between expansions begins smoothly (nothing too substantial, maybe more npc chatter of things to come). 3.2.2. though small in size may go down as a monumental addition to the game/lore.

Yeah, that video will be probably on all the big WoW/game websites as soon as the patch itself is available for download, probably before the realms even come up. Expect Trade chat to be full of people trying to spoil it. But let's face it, we're all going to have watched it by then! :)
As of Tuesday, ICC and WotLK will be for all sakes and purposes old news, and all eyes looking forward will be only on Cataclysm. I'm hoping that 3.3.2 has some breadcrumb for Cataclysm in it somewhere. Maybe another random quest to learn about the motivation behind a new race-class combo, like Gnome priests or Troll druids. Maybe more shaker NPC's causing earthquakes, or other subtle changes to the environment.

The track record is good for a 3:00am downtime to be followed by a patch. I'm excited to close the door on the "normal mode" of WotLK, but this also means that Cataclysm will truly be on the horizon (distant, like a pinhole). I'm excited to see the build up to the in-game event. Hopefully we'll get some sort of fun item to commemorate the destruction of the world.

I hope they fix that stupid larva dispenser in maraudon. Leveling my various lowbies through instances is pretty frustrating when the lowbie dungeons are glitched.

I asked a GM to complete it for me and it was done in >UNDER AN HOUR< *shocked face* so open a ticket and you'll be pleasantly surprised ^_^.

I asked a GM as well, they first said some random thing about getting around it (trying to fight the mobs yourself, and then using the poison while fighting them), but it didn't work but the second time I asked them they were quite happy just to mark the quest as done for me.
