Why would anyone still be in Ulduar? You can get better gear out of the new heroics and badge grinding.

Because some people wish to immerse themselves in the lore that is Warcraft... which, if I were to guess, are Blizzard's favorite fans.

I admire guilds who are trying to finish earlier content. Just because there's better gear out of some places doesn't mean all players need to be raiding it. As gear gets better, content gets progressively harder and guilds with unexperienced raiders or players that can't grasp the easier boss strategies yet will only feel even more discouraged going up against bosses in ICC. Some of the bosses in ICC 25 manI would even compare to Sunwell difficulty from when it first came out in BC days. Ulduar and ToC are there for learning how to do more and more progressively complex strategies. If you can't do them, you have little business stepping foot in ICC.
But on that note, again, I admire players who can go back and recognize they're not quite at that point yet, and use the earlier raids for learning experiences and put hard work into those strats first.
