High end engineers use bombs in their standard rotations, they do respectable damage. I myself use the hand tinker rocket launchers over a normal enchant. It's a minimal DPS increase, and I get to launch rockets from my hands.

Rogues used saronite bombs on all progression raiding as part of thier rotation. At least thats what is was saying on the ensidia website, just something that was missed in testing, no big deal.

Using their frag belts is a DPS increase. Tiny, but an increase nonetheless.

Using Saronite bombs on Cooldown, along with the other engineering benefits, makes Engineering provide a greater DPS boost then any other profession. That literaly means a bomb on every cooldown though, throughout the fight, on every attempt else Engineering actually provides less benefit than the other professions.

@rudeboidl Rogues don't use the Bomb Attachment for belt, we use the Saronite Bombs. The belt bombs have a 6 minute cooldown and the Saronite bombs have a 1 minute cooldown. With the Saronite Bombs also dealing more damage, its easy to see which one to use.

"The Frost Orb corpses in the Toravon encounter will now despawn faster."
THANK YOU.
Im not ranged dps, but i know it was rendering their /tar frozen macros useless after a few rounds and especially after a wipe or two.

I'd be happy if they fixed the lag in game and on the load up. Dal is about impossible since the patch, and instances are bad as well. And no it's not my end. Outside of the cities is just fine. And alot of people are having the same problems.
Drakkenfyre Feb 4th 2010 2:48AM
After each patch your item cache is cleared. While you are standing around alot of people, your game is updating your cache with everything people around you are wearing. When standing around hundreds of people, the data is being sent to you. It is on your end.
Evlyxx Feb 4th 2010 9:31AM
@Drakkenfyre: What the OP meant was that its not an ISP/PC issue. As you say "its data is being sent to you" you contradict yourself by adding "It is on your end."
Although I guess technically as the end user always experiences the lag you could say that all lag is at the client end.

I wish they'd fix the mob pathing bugs! Such an ass trying to position mobs as a tank ATM!
Evlyxx Feb 4th 2010 9:23AM
And just as bad for melee DPS trying to hit the mob the tank is trying to keep still

No feral wintergrasp titan forged then? Sad, been too much waiting on this patch already only to find that they didnt bother adding feral gear to the new qm. I was there at the qm within 10 minutes of the realms coming up, only to find that only boomkin and resto gear had been added. Sad bear :(
Sandslice Feb 4th 2010 10:49AM
If it works like other PvP offset, your feral Titanforged pieces will be the rogue pieces, once they fix the rogue pieces to be accessible by druids.

Yay!! "Test at Sea" is working again!!

so do we get a 72-hour credit for our accounts because the game mechanic was not playing out as intended? SHouldn't Blizzard get the same treatment in reverse as they levied onto Ensidia?
We wiped repeatedly on saurfang on tuesday night and my raid kept leveling complaints on me for failing on my disc priest shield duty. i was so puzzled and confused because i swear i was playing it exactly right; but fail fail fail.
really really disheartening and discouraging blizzard; especially in light of the fascist ban of Ensidia.
harsh tokes.
