I'll be straight and to the point. Please don't take this as me being a dick or calling you a noob. :)0/41/30 is a very poor DPS spec. It was good for a while, but no longer. Here's the top DPS specs (on paper):http://elitistjerks.com/f80/t48311-simulationcraft_warlocks_3_3_2_numbers/Affliction is #1 and Destro is #2, although unless you're hardcore raiding, I'd argue Destro is a better bet as unlike Affliction, you have burst (good for 5 mans). Here is the Destro spec and glyphs I use: (I'm my guild's Demo buff bitch, so make sure you're viewing my right spec)http://www.wowhead.com/?profile=us.gnomeregan.bubbajohn#talentsYour shoulders are ungemmed. Put a SP/Haste in there as that's a decent socket bonus. Use straight SP in red, SP/haste in yellow, and SP/spirit in blue (if the socket bonus is worth it, otherwise straight SP).Hope this helps.

Oh, and you may be under hit. I'm not sure what hit is for a 5 man without any raid buffs.

i know what the "top" dps specs are, however, i dont raid. The shoulders, I JUST picked up last night, and havent gemed yet, you'll notice they're already incribed with greater incription of the storm. The difference in dps between specs is marginal, ab 5-600, in a raid environment, which even then its magnified, FG/Emberstorm is the top Demonology Build for DPS, and for running 5-mans, i put out respectable dps. i want to know what i can do to get more from THIS buid
