Look, regardless of our ability to frame this debate around whether or not tossing the bombs was a bannable offense, and however we take Ensidia's argument that they didn't know, the point that Muqq makes most strongly in his post is that the encounter was buggy and, in his opinion, poorly designed, tested, etc. The brute fact that using Saronite bomb bug was even possible is the issue, especially on the Lich King, a fight that we've been working towards for since Reign of Chaos. I, for one, tend to think that the raid's only goal is to kill the boss, and if it's possible to do that by using Saronite Bombs or exploiting C'thun or, hell, by running around in circles smacking the space bar, then by all means do it. If Blizzard doesn't want people doing that, then they should design their encounters to make it impossible, though clearly many of you (including Blizzard) will disagree.
tl;dr The fact that the exploit was even possible is what Muqq is really pissed about.
