I don't know what to think of it. You throw an un-palyed dungeon at players with no hint on how to defeat it maybe they thought it was part of the process. Then again maybe they knew they were breaking the rules. What bothers me is the the potential for abuse of this power to ban from blizz or remove anything without everyone really knowing what went on. They could ban people they don't like for all we know or don't. I doubt they do, but they should have to provide some proof on these things. If they were inc hat going "lolz we so bugged this keep going." Or something like that fine, but if it was an honest mistake none of us should be so eager to point the finger because it could be anyone of us who gets a ban for something we didn't know we shouldn't do.
In the end its a game and we pay to play. Everyone needs to relax a bit and lighten up Blizz included.

They had JUST done the 10 man version where the floor properly disappeared, they knew exactly how it was supposed to go.
