The Problem with frost is that it only has a limited options for nuke. Only 3 as of now plus Fireball. 1st: Frobo 2nd: Icelance 3rd: Deepfreeze as of 3.3 and 4th Fireball.

Icelance however doesnt do enough damage, Deepfreeze is on a looooooooong cooldown and you can only use it if FoF procs. Meaning even if its off CD you have to hope for a FoF in order to use it. Fireball doesn't scale with any of the talents of the frost tree and should be used with the t10 bonus.

My suggestion: Let Brainfreeze proc FFB. Which would fix my next lament.

FFB a new Skill we got in WotLK but i only used it a while in naxx and on Anub25Hero. Thats it. It should find it's use SOMEWHERE. It's not viable in PvP so get some room for it in PvE. Let Brainfreeze proc FFB and i think Frost PvE viability would increase by a lot and FFB would find its place.

And yes Fire is too random. One time i only had 3 instant proc throught the whole Twinsfight -.-
