Also after looking over it some more your spec is not so good. Clearcasting? Why? Enhancement shamans have a /great/ ability to regain mana. I literally have never had a issue with mana. Why not put it into a talent that can increase damage you deal then into a talent that has benefits that don't really matter to you?

Also as someone else said Fire Elemental is a good thing to fit into a boss fight rotation.

Thirdly flame shock is questionable. If its all timed perfectly it may be a DPS boost but overall I'd say just Earthshock. I have trouble eating all the debuffs from Stormstrike off before another stormstrike and, I think, a earthshock gaining that benefit is going to be more DPS overall then throwing in a flameshock.

As for gems I'll have to test the idea of going for AP myself. I know that I was seeing, previous to ICC, a higher DPS increase when I was using pure haste then when I had AP gems in. Will have to test this out before I really challenge it but mayhaps that has changed.
