I've rarely had mana problems with my shammy. In fact, the only times has been when I've been caught offguard, had to heal or acted the foll in some way. Through regular enhancement damage-dealing... never had a problem. Thus, I'd rather have a solid reliable way of getting some instant mana back (for those times when I need to recover from said exceptions), than a generally more efficient but random means. So I agree with Amogayvhi that the clearcasting point is better spent on Improved Stormstrike. :)
