to save space your mouseover macro should be this:/cast [target=mouseover,exists,help][help][target=player] Cleanseit does the same exact thing but takes up less character space. i use it for all my druid healing spells.

Even better for space saving, "help" would imply "exist", would it not? So simply/cast [@mouseover,help][help][@player] Cleansewould work whilst saving a bit more space, I think.
