You HAVE to include some libheal raid frame too. Don't care if it's Healbot, VuDoh, Grid, SOMETHING that compacts the raid frames for small mouse movements, and shows incoming heals is a must. I find that they all work better with Mouse over heals. so don't sweat the 'click to heal' crap. Small frame + Incoming heals... gotta have it.

Even more important than incoming heals is incoming damage - I use xperl and the frames light up red for aggro. You can start precasting a heal and often snap the damage up just as it lands. Beacon the tank and go save others.

I first try Healbot and I love it is simples, configurable and click-friendly, then I try Grid + Clique and it was good you can adjusting how ever you wanna and simply show you very important information that you need, then I change to X-Perl + Clique and it was amazing even simplest and full with resources for healing, right now I use Vuhdo and this one it is the only one that can make the same cool stuff from all the others and even better then the others. One amazing plus to Vuhdo, is that you can talk and ask for improvements almost in real time with his creator Iza from Gilneas in the must-have healing forums plusheal.com
