LOL @ blizzThey realized that the limited attempt mechanic wasn't working when all of the top guilds ran 2 and 3 alt runs before working on their mains. It actually did nothing but hurt the lower level guilds that didnt have the personel for alt runs.

I think it has more to do with the fact that people hated them than that they didn't work (although they really WEREN'T 'working as intended'). Half the threads on the D&R forums to some extent contain some sort of complaining about how limited attempts suck. That majority of players see them as a cheap way of increasing encounter difficulty without actually making the encounters difficult.

Is it just me, or does that sound every bit as exploit-y as using Saronite Bombs? What it might lack in terms of direct impact on the boss fight itself, it seems to more than make up for in clear premeditation to subvert Blizzard's intent.(Which is not to suggest that Ensidia likely didn't do it too.)

@Dudegarlol sorry was sleepy when posted this, they are racing each other sometimes is one guild in one boss and sometimes is another one, real competition there, last first kill was 4 minutes before the econd kill real insane
