Unless I'm mistaken, the ToS is at least in part to cover Blizzard's butt, so when the unintelligent people who pass out their account info get things stolen by other users or hacked (and, in many cases, have things taken from their guild as well when guilds are not careful) Blizzard can leave them with their consequences. "Oh ho ho, you shared your account! Well, we can ban you to protect others, and we don't have to give you your stuff back either."It's not just you who's affected by your account in this type of a game, ESPECIALLY if you are in a guild.
