I think the problem with the liche king loot table, is yes it isn't ... you know... just isn't that 'special'.
I'm at the stage on my combat rogue where anything that drops in 10 man, I just don't need. And we've been stuck on rotface for what seems like lvl 20.

I eventually get to arthas and all I have too look forward to is http://www.wowhead.com/?item=51800#. or http://www.wowhead.com/?item=51801 mean at this point I have the combat rogue 251 axe set, I also raid 25 man regular- nothing to serious such one a weekend the guild and another one joins forces, I'll eventually get something from that.

I enjoy playing combat, I couldn't really raise a meh over a dagger, but its got ArP on it- which is the stat I just want now. The fist weapon is just a fist weapon, I imagine enhance shammies want it more than I do.

Then if you get onto the 25 man table, its another bloody dagger with ArP, and a axe that looks exactly the same to the pair I have now.

Mean come on I'm killing the Liche king, I want to strut round dalaran with a weapon that people know, just by looking at me, that I have killed the liche king.

Something like the nibelung, fair enough the proc is fairly useless, its still cool- thats the sort of thing that Arthas should be dropping, not some re-used model in a different colour.
