Not really. LL is not super DPS and even when you have that totem the loss in DPS from SS and possibly Lb_MW5 because you missed a SS for a LL is probably not worth it. I've found that putting it in front of SS tends to also play havoc with my cooldowns as they start interfering and I have enough issues with ES and SS as is.

The good news is that the uptime on the process and the availabilty of LL is such that you will likely see it up most of the time anyway.

TL:DR: Don't bother worrying about it, just keep hitting LL above FN.
