I guess my point is that they're two different things. A rotation is a set number of skills in a set order, and best dps is had by executing that rotation as precisely as possible. A priority system is executing the best ability when it's available. It might seem like a small distinction, but if someone is waiting for an ability to come off cd because "it's next in the rotation" they're going to have some bad results. Since this is a newbie post, I don't think you can overplay the distinction between rotation and priority. Just my two cents.
