I keep all the quest items that aren't removed from my bag when I turn in a quest, such as the punch cards from Gnomeragen. I also keep items that aren't sellable rather than deleting them, like the fortunes from the Darkmoon Faire. Weird, I know. But sometimes I look back on the items and remember the quests I used to do.

I am, however, trying to limit this to my main. I'm making a conscious effort to get rid of things on my alts.
