ITT: Guy is angry about WoW and STO

Making its round on Digg this weekend was this fantastic video of a guy angry over how hard the "new Crimson Hall in Icecrown Citadel" is, and how terrible Star Trek Online is. But don't worry, he's ready to quit WoW and go play STO.
While the video is funny in its own right (in that odd sort of way), what really brings it home for me is the picture of a Princess Leia in the background, surrounded by Magic: The Gathering cards. At first I though to myself, "Is this our own recently M:TG obsessed Matt Low?" But then I remembered that he's doesn't wear glasses, and his name isn't Francis. Phew!
And don't worry Francis, someone from Blizzard will hear this.

I am a personal friend of boogie2988 (Francis) and he is currently trying to contact break.com and have them give him credit. They did not ask for permission to post the video and they have not responded to his attempts to get credit for the work. I hope the author of this article remove the break.com video and adds the original youtube one located here:

When you put something out on Youtube, American Idol, etc w/o getting a copyright beforehand, you deserve to get ripped of, and have no reason to whine about people stealing your "work".

You don't have to "get" a copyright for something to be copyrighted. In fact, according to the Berne Convention, the work defaults as copyrighted unless stated otherwise. Registration only serves as a form of evidence in cases of enforcement, but is not required.

yes. this is one of his "characters". if you go to his youtube channel you see that "Francis" was created as his take on the typical gamer. it was lol worthy with the poster in the background. the speech impediment just nails it home.
