In Cataclysm, the Forsaken launch a campaign to capture the lands Gilneas (Worgen zone) which lies in fact WEST of Silverpine.

By West they do mean Gilneas, but I think by 'East', he meant Southshore, which is captured by the Horde in Cataclysm.
