There is supposed to be honor even in war. Otherwise there would not have been the need for the Nuremberg Trials or any of the other trials of people guilty of war crimes.

The victim of a bully should not have to change their location. The bully should be held accountable for their actions and suffer the consequences of them.

and suggesting that once you get to 80 and become ubergeared, you do the same thing to others is ignorant to say the least. It just exacerbates the problem.
