Deathwing will certainly be 3x times that on Normal mode whenever he becomes active...

Health does not equal hard. Deathwing will likely have around the same difficulty as Lich King. Remember though, Deathwing comes out next expansion. What happens in an expansion? Better gear. Better gear=more dps/health/hps.
