I want a "dark" healer. A necromancer could work. Someone that heals folks but also pisses off the "light". Remember in Eragon how he could drain the life out of the animals around him to give himself energy? Something like that.

So a healer warlock. And people read Eragon?

I too would like a dark healer. Make him like a warlock, but instead using soul shards for his own benefit, he takes some kind of object and shares that life force with others (maybe sad puppy shards or defenseless kitten shards).

That's what I would love to have. We have it in a sense with the green drakes in occulus. I really want that to be the next class they make. And yes Ringo it would be similar to a healer warlock. You drain life from enemies for yourself, but then cut yourself to heal others (rather than to get mana back). I really enjoyed the occulus for the reason of being a green drake.

Eragon is surprisingly good, check it out. I like the 2nd one more. Roran ftw. Anyway.I like to think of the dark healer using the tank as a meat shield. As opposed to other healers who love and cherish their plately clad friends, the dark healer would see them as tools or pawns. Instead of "shielding" tanks they would "numb" them to the pain. A self seeking aggro dump or something.

"someone that heals folks but also pisses off the "light." Remember in Eragon. Remember in Eragon.Eragon. You lost me. I've got selective memory loss concerning anything pertaining to that subject.

@Raze. In the Eragon universe you can only do magic to the extent that you could do it with out. So to throw a boulder could actually kill if you were not physically strong enough to throw it. The catch it that you can use energy from other things, like animals, plants and gems that stored energy in them. The idea is if you are bad you kill little baby squirrels and ants skittering around by stealing all of their energy and transferring it to a shield or a fire ball or pinching a nerve in a thousand foot soldiers ( the preferred way of killing in Eragon)
