Cool guide!

Whenever I duel, it always bugs me when someone complains that I used my pet (as a hunter). Happens so often, its ridiculous.

Offer to make a trade: you'll fight without your pet if they'll fight naked.

On a related note, we used to have hunter/lock pet duels...

- Buffs before combat, but not during the match.
- Players sit out the fight as the pets attack each other. (No Mend Pet/Health Funnel)
- The loser yields when his pet is defeated.

People always complain about Fear when dueling 'locks.

Me: "I'll fight without Fear and you just randomly run around, k?"
Them: "No"

Or, if I'm feeling cruel, I'll agree and then use Death Coil or Howl of Terror... Muwahahahaha!

Speaking about stuff people don't like you to use when dueling, are endless hp/mana potions on the list? And cc (mind controlling, running out of the duel range and sapping then going back in duel range etc.?
