Where to start?

Icy touch threat increase: Sweet.
WoTN being worth using while tanking now: Sweet.
An actual use for the 500 stacks of frozen orbs in my bank: Sweet.
No more cooldowns on Titansteel Bars or Cloths: Bye bye cash cow, but still sweet.
CoS now not taking 2 hours: Sweet.

And most importantly:

30 minutes on deserter: Very Sweet.

Hooray!

I was just about to powerlevel tailoring on my dual-box toons, either this week or next week, glad I didn't bother.
