Mining
* Titansteel Bar: Creating this item no longer results in a cooldown.
Great for anyone trying to make a mecho-hog with their own mats (like me) or whatever but probably gonna piss people off that use those for a cash cow. In otherwords it's win-win! :D
Though it'd be nice if they removed cooldowns from other stuff like transmutes and such. At the very least old-world ones like Fire to Air. Seriously, why?
# Players who use the Vote Kick option will now be prompted to provide a reason for kicking a party member. This reason will be presented to everyone in the party except for the person voted to be kicked.
EXCEPT for the person being voted out? Seems to me like that's the person that SHOULD be informed of why they're being booted...Can only imagine how many "Hur hur hur, this guy is a douche, let's bump him out after downing the final boss so we can ninja the loot" messages will be passed around this way...

I would be immensely happy if Elemental and Gem transmutes didn't share cooldowns. Having to take two days to create one gem (one to trans. the proper Eternal, another to trans. the gem itself) is a huge pain.

The removal of cooldowns for every profession except alchemists has me really bummed. Is there any other crafted item that has a CD left?

I actually am a Transmute specialist Alchemist and I find keeping the cooldown on the epic gems to be acceptable. It seems they're trying to remove cooldowns on older items, and so epic gems not making the cut makes sense to me. That being said, it seems utterly ridiculous that most other transmutes still share a cooldown. Hell, the vanilla stuff is on a shared timer with a Cardinal Ruby. They really need to change that. Remove cooldowns on all items from vanilla and BC, and at the very least have two separate cooldowns for Eternals and gems.

They can't for a good reason: transmute specialization.
Let's say I have a eternal earth from mining. Transmute to air. PROC! I have two eternal airs now. Luckily, I can transmute air back to earth. Transmute airs to earths. No proc. Oh, well.
And I could keep doing this. Over and over and even if it I can't sell any of it on the AH, I could use the stacks and stacks of eternals I have, transmuting them until I get probably 200-300 total of one kind, and just be making gold out of thin air transmuting back and forth by the hundreds and vendoring the excess.
Of course... they could just as easily remove the cooldown and make the vendor price of eternals a big, fat zero but they'd best change some of the items that are made solely from various elemental items (eg. Stoneguard Band, Shadowmight Ring).

Actually you can't really kick people out to ninja the loot anymore. At some point they made it so you can't initiate a vote kick during combat, shortly after combat (which seems to be around 30 seconds or so) or while a loot roll is currently active. (I discovered this while attempting to kick an AFK player from SFK recently.)
