I really like how they're increasing the damage if you're using daggers. First, it screams of, "we can't itemize maces/fists properly for you to want them for this spec, so daggers are viable." Second, it'll make using Shadow Dance so much easier. Third, and this is the most important:

Shadowstep mania!

Oddly, I'm most excited about the CD reduction for ShS. It's such a fun talent to have.
