There has to be something I'm missing with the change to WG. Pretty much every realm I've seen has a serious issue with one side dominating WG. So Blizzard's response to that is to make it even easier for the dominate force to hold WG by making their already insufficient balancing system, not kick in until after two defenses.

What am I missing here? With all the complaints of over dominance, no access to the WG vendor, no access to VOA, why would Blizzard intentionally make it worse?
