Blizzard almost seems allergic to the concept of numerical balance, and increasing the number of players from 100 to 120 showed quite clearly that they didn't give a rip.

Letting players in on a 1:1 ratio is the only solution, yet they don't even want to talk about it. Better to let EVERYONE in!
