Frost Orbs are going to settle at the value of the most expensive item it's worth--although the price of that most expensive thing (probably the Frost Lotus) is going to drop to adjust for the rapidly increasing supply. Can you find 1 Frost Lotus in the time it takes to run a heroic? That's the rate they'll be coming in.

Titansteel's price isn't going to change because of the cooldown removal, either. The price of titansteel is a direct result of the value of 5xTitanium Ore to a prospector, now the demand for the earth/fire/shadow eternals will go up so expect the prices to adjust there a little, but because of how common those eternals are I don't expect a large fluctuation.
