Patch 3.3.3 will be bringing about some welcome changes in the user interface, instances, and those pesky frozen orbs you can never get rid of, but it looks like they aren't the only things getting an overhaul. Fishing around in the PTR files found some new models as well.
Two new mounts have been added to the game files, the Blazing Hippogryph and the Wooly White Rhino. Where these mounts are obtained is currently unknown -- we'll update with more information on the new mounts as we learn more.
In addition, it looks like Anduin Wrynn finally got his wish -- a new model has been added for the young king-in-training. With more and more models getting overhauls, does this mean players of male humans might finally get rid of that funky overbite? Check out the gallery for pictures of the new mounts and models, and stay tuned for more 3.3.3 PTR info as it develops!
Update: MMO-Champion is reporting that the two mounts are TCG rewards. However, with the recent developments between Blizzard and UDE, this information may change. Keep that in mind, and we'll let you know if we hear any word from the blues about it.

Omigodomigodomigod rhino mount! I've wanted one of those for aaaages. Probably since I saw those rhino riders in Gundrak. Mammoths are ugly as sin; gimme a rhino!
Anduin looks cool, although I'm a little confused as to what nasiolabal lines (the creases between the edges of the nose and the ends of the mouth) are doing on a character younger than his twenties (they usually don't show up until early to mid twenties). Don't get me wrong, he looks like a good prince. It's just weird.

Holy crap, did you see the new Mekkatorque model? Is our King a paladin? That looks an awful lot like a spell mace to me. Possibly a sneak peak at another class for the race with the least classes?

Hm. Not a fan of that moustache, but he looks cooler than he did. I think it's probable that they just used that model because it looks gnomish, not because of the stats on the player-available mace with that model, though.

It's not just that, the armor is very paladin looking as well, in an expansion that has been mostly gloomy and dark.

Wowwiki lists his class as a tinker, and Wowhead shows he has 3 skills which seem very engineer-related and not really class-specific.

the blazing hippogryph is a TCG reward from the next expansion set - which will hopefully still get produced - this is from www.wowtcgloot.com

I hope it doesn't so that those of us that don't spend hundreds of dollars buying those cards can get it too.
If they don't release the card due to the upper deck thing then they will put it in the game somewhere else.
