Blizzard has added some major and minor improvements for the user interface in their
minor content patch of 3.3.3. Some of these include the addition of a
random battleground finder, a holiday boss random dungeon group, as well as others. It is still early in the patch process, so some of these things may undergo more changes as it works its way along. There are still a few rough edges on the interface for the moment.
We don't have everything that's been changed thus far in the gallery, but we thought we'd give you as much as we could muster on short notice. Plus, we included the new
Frozen Orb vendor in the gallery for you to drool at things you can do with all of those spare orbs from your daily rampaging of Northrend instances.

Hey, it currently lists Frost Lotus as costing 3g 20s and no Frozen Orbs. Surely that will change before it goes live, right? Right?? Please say it will.

I'm all for increasing the availability of Frost Lotuses, as the price of that thing was getting ridiculous (it got close to 70g on my server). So the drop rate increase from random herbs seemed like an excellent idea to me. On the other hand, giving them away for 1 Frozen Orb just seems a bit too much, as it may eliminate the main income source for herbalists. When the patch goes live, the price will probably plummet as people use the Frozen Orbs they've been storing to buy Frost Lotuses and try to make some profit. Maybe it will all even out after the initial rush and I'm just worrying in vain. Or not. We'll see. You can downrate me and tell me to QQ less now.

Random groups for holiday bosses?
God, I quit WoW months ago and all these updates just make me want to come back. No more painful hours of waiting in LFG to find a group when everybody is just getting runs with their guildies, no more never getting the holiday boss because everybody does it with their guildies, no more failing at arena and being extremely bad in PvP because I can't get the best gear...Blizzard, I love you. Or whoever is doing this anyway.

I hope they patch a bigger ignore list to hold the players that will now roll need for orbs.

If you're not rolling need on frozen orbs at the moment there's honestly something wrong with you. If you value them, roll need, and everyone values them at the moment because soon you're going to get cool stuff with them.
I mean, don't walk around with your neck exposed and act surprised when some rogues cut it. If you roll greed before you even see what other people roll then you honestly can't have wanted it that much anyway.

One thing nobody else has reported yet: High Tinker Mekkatorque and Shadow Hunter Vol'jin both have new, updated models; Mekkatorque is in impressive plate with the gear mace from ToC, and VJ has what appears to be some ZA rogue gear. Both have their respective factions' tabards from the tournament.

Actually, Anduin's new model was just data-mined... he doesn't look like that on the PTR. VJ and Mekkatorque are both PTR-live.

Honestly, the thing I'm loving the most from this is the new holiday boss system... if I'm understanding this right, you're just gonna get a chance at the rewards the first time you kill them, rather then this utter crap with the 'daily quest' summons that leads to so many people mysteriously disconnecting when it's their turn to summon....

Not at PTR atm but blue said so. Unless they wanna piss off another collectors and make tabards and mounts unattainable and make feat of str "PVP OLD SCHOOL - Obtained mount/tabard with marks when they were available"
