I've tried ShockAndAwe a couple times, but I never liked how it looked. Personally I use EventAlert for Maelstrom and Clearcasting, and find the TotemTimers Enh trackers to work quite well (although they really need to add Fire Nova and Flame Shock as things to track there). I may give SnA another shot though.

I set up a small bar with bartender, made it the same size as the Enh Cooldown tracker, put it next to those, then made it unclickable and faded out in I'm out of combat. I put Flame Shock and Fire Nova and other cooldowns on there (trinkets, wolves, etc). Works nicely.I really dislike the way SaA presents cooldowns, I don't track these types as well as I do a row of buttoms with the seconds remaining on them. But, well, matter of preference. I did find the priority frame very helpful when I started playing my shaman (picking her up at 59 after a long long time away), and for 2 levels or so, the priority frame really helped me train myself in using the correct abilities at the correct time. After that, I turned it off, because I knew what it was going to show me before it showed up.
